Below are some frequently asked questions of our clients.

  • Where exactly are you located?
    Directions : From N.Liberty - Located in the Liberty Plaza building (same building as Thai Harmony) which is the building across from the Main Entrance of the Courthouse – N Liberty St. Walk down the side walk (beside Courtside Café) and I am directly across from Level Up Barbershop, in the same main door as Pour. Come inside two sets of double doors and I am on the right . From W. Second Street – Turn left on Town Run Lane and enter parking deck across from the post office. Parking : You can park in the parking deck directly across from the courthouse and park at Ramp 3A. You will see a big red wall. There are also metered parking spots on the street when available. Walk through either entrance from the parking garage , down the steps and across the walk way.
  • Can I include hair with my Extension Service?
    Yes !! Of Course . 1. Go to the "shop" page and purchase your hair extensions. Wait for your confirmation email and order #. 2. Go to the "Book Now" button and select your desired service and time. 3. Text your order# to 336-407-8328 and your hair will be shampooed and prepped for your appointment (knots will be bleached and lace will be customized if applicable).
  • When do I need to drop off my hair extensions?
    24 hours prior to appointment for Extension Services. 72 hours prior to appointment for Color Services.
  • Where do I drop off my hair extensions?
    There is a drop box located outside my door (inside, through the second set of double doors). The doors should be unlocked from 9am - 9pm however, if the doors are locked, please go to the security desk (two doors down) and let them know you need the doors unlocked to drop off your hair. They will unlock the door for you. Please include your name and appointment time with your hair. Send a text to - 336-407-8328 to advise that you have dropped off your hair or if you have any questions.
  • How do I take care of my lace at home?
    - Make sure to tie your lace down (especially in the shower, at night, when you start sweating or applying make-up). - Put your hair in a satin bonnet at night. - If your lace begins to lift, use a little holding spray (strong hold) and tie your lace down to dry. This should hold you over until your maintenance appointment.
  • When can I pick-up my hair extensions?
    You will receive a "Ready to Pick-Up" email outlining the deets for picking up your order. There will be no picks on Sunday's or Monday's .
  • Can I use CashApp to purchase hair extension?
    Yes! Once you complete your order, you need to send your payment to : CashApp : $TSSituation You must send your payment immediately after your purchase or it will be cancelled. Once your CashApp is received, your order will be marked as "Paid" and your order will be fulfilled accordingly.
  • How often should I maintenance my lace install?
    Every 2-3 weeks or as needed. I will suggest some product recommendations and/or at-home maintenance tips during your appointment as needed.
  • Can I buy my lace from the hair store?
    If you choose to purchase lace from your local hair store you should purchase transparent or HD lace. Just keep in mind that the better the quality the better the results. The hair store brand I highly recommend is Janet 'Melt HD' Collection.
  • Can I cancel my hair order?
    Unfortunately you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. So please review your order carefully before submitting it.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    All sales are FINAL. We do not allow returns for any reason. We will exchange your order if it is a company error only.
  • What are my payment options?
    For Appointments : Major Credit Cards (process through Square), CashApp, Cash and Apple Pay are accepted. For Hair Extensions : Major Credit Cards only.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    No deposit is required but you have to provide a debit or credit card to book your appointment. Your card will not be charged. After your service is complete, you can choose another payment method if you would like.
  • What is your cancellation fee?
    If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or you are more than 20 mins late to your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service. If the attempt to collect the cancellation fee is declined, you will not be able to book with TSS in the future.
  • Are bodywave and straight the only textures you carry?
    At this time, bodywave and straight are the only two textures in stock. Other textures can be ordered and will take 5-7 business days to arrive. If another texture is desired, please text 336-407-8328 with the lengths you desire.
  • How often are hair extensions restocked?
    Due to my recent move I have not yet restocked hair extensions. Please look out for a BIG restock for the NEW YEAR!!!
