PICK-UP POLICY
There is a Pick-Up option now available for hair extension orders.
All orders will be available the same day, and you will receive a "Ready for Pick-up" email when your order is ready. Pick-up times will be provided and strictly enforced. In the event that you miss your pick-up time, you may have to wait until the following business day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All hair extensions are FINAL SALE. We will gladly accept any exchanges ONLY if there is a company error and the package has not been opened. No exceptions.
After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. TSS will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process.
If dissatisfaction of a service is not expressed prior to paying for your appointment, no accommodations will be made at a later date.
